We work with some of the household names that your family puts on the dinner table every night. Our clients depend on our drivers to act as an extension of their team and represent their brand with pride.


This isn’t a task that everyone’s up to, but our drivers are some of the most skilled in the industry. In addition to getting the product safely from point A to point B, they’ve got their eye on the temperature gauge, making sure we’re staying in that temperature sweet spot. It can be challenging – but rewarding.

  • Over The Road Driver | Milwaukee, WI | Midwest Refrigerated Services

    Be a part of our Multiple Stop consolidation over-the-road fleet running from one of our consolidation locations in the Milwaukee area setting sail to deliver to 48 states

    • Generally, our loads are 1-5 drops taking 1-2 days to deliver, and drivers get out and back weekly to do all over again
    • Pay is very generous and all miles and all drops, and layovers for time taken are paid.

  • Over The Road Driver | Appleton, WI | Midwest Refrigerated Services

    Consolidated loads ranging from 1-3 drops directly from Appleton, WI

  • Over The Road Driver | Belvidere, IL | Midwest Refrigerated Services

    Be a part of freight originating right from our own warehouse servicing the Midwest (IL, WI, IN, MN, MI, OH) 

    • These loads are typically 1 stop, and inside 250-mile radius
    • Driver can expect to touch 2-3 of these loads a week and never leave a 400-mile radius

Minimum Requirements

  • Must be at least 23 years or older
  • Have a valid Commercial Driver License (CDL) with proper endorsements in the state of residence
  • No current license suspension or revocation
  • Preferred but not required: 2 years of verifiable class A CDL tractor-trailer experience
  • Meets all Federal Motor Carrier Qualifications
  • Other requirements will be asked during interview
