Mark Donovan is the Vice President of Warehousing at Midwest Refrigerated Services (MRS), where he leads warehouse operations and shapes corporate strategies for growth and efficiency. Since joining in June 2023, Mark has brought extensive experience from senior roles in operations and logistics, including key projects in value stream mapping, Warehouse Management System (WMS) implementation, and process improvement. His has experience managing all types and sizes of client relationships, and he's known for his focus on new customer development and strategic onboarding at MRS.

With a BA in Economics from South Dakota State University and an MBA from the University of Iowa, Mark emphasizes metric-based execution and collaborative relationships in his leadership. Beyond work, he enjoys family time with his wife of 35 years Ann, five children and six grandchildren and has a passion for coaching club wrestling, demonstrating his commitment to mentorship. Mark’s vision for MRS includes driving profitable growth, fostering continuous improvement, and strengthening customer and supplier partnerships.
